Mental health support needs to be adaptable because different needs arise throughout different life stages. Our psychiatrists and psychotherapists are ready to meet you where you are, to provide comprehensive, individualized support through different modalities, specializations, and approaches.
Initial Sessions: 90 minutes
Follow-Up Sessions: 30-50 minutes
Our team of psychiatrists can support you through psychotherapy and/or medication management. Their primary focus is to understand your concerns, diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medications to manage psychiatric symptoms, and to collaborate with your therapist, dietitian, and other members of your treatment team to support your mental health journey.

We currently accept Duke University Student insurance and are happy to support Duke students . We recognize the unique challenges facing students in an academic environment and the impact that stress can have on overall mental well-being.
We are not in-network with any other insurance providers and will be considered out-of-network by your insurance company. If you choose to make use of your insurance benefits, we can provide you with completed health insurance claim forms that contain all the information needed to file with your insurance for our services to be reimbursed in accordance with your insurance's out-of-network practices.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Insurance companies do not reimburse for cost associated with missed sessions.
At this time, we are not able to support anyone who has a primary diagnosis of a substance use disorder, psychosis, or anyone who has Medicare/Medicaid.
While your child may be our client, it’s important to us that the family also has support. You can request a parent session prior to your child’s initial appointment to share any details that would be helpful for our team to know about your child.
